§ 19-131. Protection of county property.

In the event of any damage to county property located upon applicant's property which arises out of any act of applicant or agents, employees or independent contractors upon the premises, the cost of repairs or replacement shall be the responsibility of the applicant, and full payment or reimbursement to the county therefor shall be a condition imposed for the continuation of service.
