§ 19-130. Inspection of applicant's installation.

The county reserves the right to inspect and approve any applicant's installation prior to providing service and from time to time thereafter to ensure compliance with applicable laws, resolutions, and rules and regulations affecting such installation. The applicant shall pay for such inspection in accordance with county practices. The applicant shall be responsible for the cost of making changes or repairs resulting from any unauthorized alteration, and/or unacceptable construction.
