§ 19-133. Damaging, tampering with, altering facilities of utility plant or system.

No person shall damage or knowingly cause to be damaged any water and/or wastewater pipe or fittings connected with or belonging to the county's water and wastewater system or tamper or meddle with any other appliance or any part of such system in such manner as to cause loss or damage or in any way hinder or interfere with the proper operation of such system after such pipe, fitting, appliance or appurtenance has been tampered with, injured or altered.
