§ 19-184. Utility facility permit fee.

Those entities required to obtain a utility facility permit pursuant to the Marion County Water and Wastewater Facilities Ordinance shall be required to pay a fee for said permit, as more specifically set forth by the water and wastewater service rate resolution.
