§ 19-199. Inspection fees.

Any engineering plans or designs for, or construction of, facilities by a contributor or developer which are to become a part of the county's system, will be subject to review and inspection by the county. For this service, county may charge an inspection fee as set forth by separate resolution. Such inspection fee shall be paid by the contributor in addition to all other charges stated or established herein as a condition precedent to service.
