§ 5-17. Vessel noise limitation.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or give permission for the operation of any vessel on the Rainbow Lakes in such a manner as to exceed a maximum sound level of 90 dB-A at a distance of fifty (50) feet from the vessel. Any person who refuses to submit to a sound level test when requested to do so by a law enforcement officer is guilty of a violation of this section.
