regulations to maintain and protect their unique characteristics or purposes. Each
zone or area is described with its respective regulations, and sites may be subject
to multiple zones and/or areas. The land use designation and/or zoning classification
for any site remains undisturbed by the creation of a zone or area, except as specifically
noted herein, when the zone or area imposes additional or different development standards
than those that would otherwise apply. In the event of conflict, the more stringent
regulation applies and supplements and/or supersedes other regulations provided in
this Code, where applicable.
