§ 16-34. Collection of yard trash and bulk waste.

(a)

A franchise holder shall collect yard trash separately from other types of solid waste. Each franchise holder shall provide written notice of this requirement to each of its customers at least once each year.

(b)

A franchise holder shall collect bulk waste separately from other types of solid waste.
