§ 19-186. Annual fire line charges.

A capacity cost recovery charge is assessed to customers which have fire lines or standpipes located within the premises of the building or privately owned hydrants served by the county. The county shall bill the rates for this specific service as set forth by resolution, at the beginning of each fiscal year and shall be due and payable in thirty (30) days upon invoice by the county or as a monthly charge billed to a service account by the county.
